McLarens Auckland offices project combined their two existing locations into a new upgraded facility at 23 Customs Street East, Auckland Central. The company runs two businesses, one being McLarens main insurance loss adjusting and claims services, the other is the Mode Project Solutions, providing building consultancy and project management services. McLarens operate a hybrid work environment but weer keen to entice their staff back to the office and provided a modern collaborative workspace environment.

The Auckland office consists of 110 people. McLarens envisaged an allowance of 10 additional personnel for expansion at any given time to be accommodated across one and half floor of the refurbished Custom Street address a total Lettable Area of over 1000m2.  Our commission was to Argosy as the property owners and landlord and we worked on an integrated basis with Argosy and McLaren to deliver the project to an expedited programme and an effective fitout budget of around $1.4m.  The project was delivered in about 10 weeks on site.
