The Project is the new Head Office Campus for Tourism Holdings Limited (thl )who repurposing  the existing Villa Maria Estate building compound. The balance of the Villa Maria Mangere Estate has been purchased by Goodman and is proposed to be redeveloped as an industrial estate.

thl are embarking on a new future by establishing premises that will sustain them for the coming decades. The sustainable repurposed buildings from the former Villa Maria Estate will be their new home. It will bring together all their RV rental, RV Sales, Workshops and Head Office operations. Their global operations will be lead from this location.

The new thl campus, spread over more than 5.0hs site and with an overall GFA of 13,900m2 will blend in with the existing buildings and be a first port of call for many international visitors. Many will arrive by bus or van from the airport and depart with their RV for the Kiwi experience. thl are focused on making that a very positive and smooth experience and respect their role in creating it. These new premises will form the basis for the business’ growth and improving that experience.

The thrust of the project is for thl to re-purpose the existing Villa Maria Buildings (including the associated site compound) on the basis that Indevin will decommission the current plant facilities to the following schedule. The re-purposed buildings and revised Site & Civil Works is being developed by the design team led by Jasmax as Lead Architect and Harrison Grierson as Civil Engineers. The Project Budget is approximately $23.0m.
