Nosh represented a vibrant and popular contemporary dining destination located in the upscale neighbourhood of Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The project involved the interior fit-out and establishment of a modern eatery known for its brunch offerings, relaxed atmosphere, and stylish design.

D+DM provided project management and design coordination support during the fit-out phase, ensuring the successful launch of the restaurant and the effective execution of its design concept.

Context

Located in the competitive Bangsar dining scene, Nosh aimed to establish itself as a go-to spot for casual yet sophisticated dining. The brief required creating an inviting and contemporary interior that reflected the restaurant's modern European/Australian-inspired menu and appealed to the area's discerning clientele. Key challenges included working within the constraints of an existing retail/commercial space and delivering a high-quality fit-out within budget and programme expectations for a new F&B venture.

Approach

D+DM’s project management approach focused on coordinating the efforts of the interior designer, kitchen consultant, and various contractors. We established clear communication channels and rigorous site supervision to ensure the design vision – likely featuring a bright, airy aesthetic with clean lines, quality materials, and comfortable furnishings – was accurately translated.
